Composition and obligations of the arbitration committee

 ( 1 ) The arbitration committee is elected during the election congress and consists of 5 members. They decide on a head. Arbitration rules determine the work. Employees of the Domowina cannot become members of this commission.

 ( 2 ) Committees of the umbrella organization, associated societies, groups or individuals can ask the arbitration committee to investigate conflicts which refer to activities of the Domowina, violation of duties which are determined by decisions of the federal board, the central conference, the programme or the statutes.

 ( 3 ) As a result of their work the arbitration committee has to submit proposals at the central conference in order to settle the conflicts.
